I started my editing journey in the late 1900's by hooking up some VCRs and a boombox to a RadioShack RCA switcher. I was using my family's VHS camcorder to create content at the time, but soon thereafter saved enough money to upgrade to a Hi8 camcorder, then digital8, followed by miniDV, before I entered into the magical world of non-linear editing when I obtained and installed Dazzle Digital Video Creator's PCI capture-card into my Packard Bell computer. I slowly expanded my creative horizons by transitioning from making silly homemade videos to taping weddings & sporting events, making birthday & event slideshows, and dabbling in the corporate world of safety/training/promotional videos, learning Adobe Premiere, FinalCut 7, and finally Avid Media Composer along the way. I attended California State University Fullerton, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Radio- Television- Film, and a minor in Philosophy before landing my first television post production job ever: Blind Date Uncensored for PPV. I now have decades worth of experience across multiple genres and mediums, utilize countless software and hardware applications, and have accumulated or been part of the team responsible for earning several awards and nominations, including...
